BVCA Income Sources

The necessary funding to operate Bella Vista Christian Academy comes from several sources:  Tuition is the main source of our funding, however, it does not cover the total cost of a quality education.  St. Paul's Lutheran Church and gifts from families and friends of St. Paul's and BVCA make it possible for us to continue to provide "excellence" in our programs.  

Tuition is paid one month in advance and is due by the 20th of each month.

Non-Refundable Fees

The first month's tuition is due at the time of enrollment.  This fee is non-refundable and reserves a spot for your child in the school. 

• For Preschool:  There is a $50 non-refundable Application Fee.
• For Grades K-8th:  There is a $100 non-refundable Technology fee charged at the time of enrollment.  This fee helps to off-set the cost of our technology program.
