Enrollment Process
The enrollment process for incoming new students will be accomplished when the following steps have been sucessfully completed:

To Enroll in our Preschool:
- Call for and take a tour.
- Upon acceptance; complete the enrollment form.
- Complete and provide all state and school forms prior to the first day of attendance.
- Pay the first month's tuition. The registration fee and first month's tuition are non-refundable and confirm your child's spot.
- All fees and tuition are to be paid, in advance, prior to the month of service.

To Enroll in grades K-8:
Call for and take a tour of the campus
Complete an interview with the Director of Education or his designee.
Provide BVCA with a completed "Teacher Recommendation Form" (This may be picked up in the school office following the interview.)
Complete any screening that may be agreed upon.
Upon acceptance; complete the enrollment form.
Return the enrollment form to the office along with the necessary initial payments. (Non-refundable registration fee and the non-refundable first month's tuition.) Payment of the first month's tuition will confirm a spot for your child.
